Battery Reunion Scituate, RI August 2005

  The original battery member held annual reunions each August 13, following the mustering out of the unit in 1865. Today's battery holds a similar gathering at the artillerist monument in Scituate, RI. Descendants of the original veteran's are honored guests as the battery's full roster is read, and taps sounded, the ceremony is  followed by pot luck dinner.
